Title says it all.

I know we have EVE BUT EVE is not very cartoonish. I would like a style of cloud that matches the art style of the rest of the game (for example, look at the clouds from the VAB view.

Something puffy and cartooney like that.

I don't think, that KSP is that much cartoonish, EVE clouds are good for me.
