Loading bar stuck with B9 Aerospace!

My loading bar stops right at the end. No crashes or anything, it just refuses to budge past that point. This also means I can't play the game at all with B9-Aerospace. I really want to play the game with B9 Aerospace, so help would be appreciated.

It is stuck at "B9_Aerospace/Parts/Cockpit_HL/part/HL_Aero_Cockpit"

I have tried waiting for it, maybe it was just slow. No, 2 hours is long enough. And I know it isn't slow / frozen since the silly little loading things still come and go (E.G; Recruiting Kerbals...).

Sometimes the art in the background disappears but the loading bar stays and the game DOES NOT start. Please help!

i have the exact same problem. Maybe we could try getting into the parts folder and deleting the HL aero cockpit. It's definitely not a RAM issue because I've tried active texture management and it still doesn't work.
