Unless it is already possible (I tried looking) -

What if you made it so you could set an actuation as a stage. i.e. - triggering a stage: opens solar panels; reduces the thrust limiter of a selected rocket to 50%; etc.?

Yes please. I'd like anything that is in a tweakable menu to be available in an action group. "Control from here" would be useful for VTOLs that transition to horizontal flight, for example.
