Rapid CPU temp increase in SPH

Sys Specs:

• AMD FX-8350
  
• 32GB RAM
  
• Sapphire 7970HD 3GB Graphics
  
• Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
  

i am using 0.25 (32bit) Stock updated via Steam.

when i go in the SPH my CPU temp jumps from ~60*C to 70*C.

when i "launch" it drops back to around ~61*C.

these temps are from OCCT and Backed up by AIDA64

Those temps are not high, however it's odd the SPH causes this.

Can any other AMD 8*** series users confirm similarities?

I do not have similar specs, but I get much higher CPU temps in the VAB and SPH. Like between 80-86 C in the building and 65-70 in flight.

these are high for the 8*** series as AMD have said that 80 is MAX

i only noticed it in the SPH because i was trying out the new parts. didn't go to the VAB.

UPDATE:

problem does not exist in the VAB.

Temps sit on a stable 61*C in both OCCT & AIDA64

I have noticed more lag in the VAB when the ground (where the kerbal ground crew and vehicles are running around) is visible. Try scrolling up and working higher in the VAB. This might at least narrow down what's causing the problem.
