game's not working

i recently bought a new pc and i cant run the game.(sorry for my bad english)

when i launch the game there isn't any problem. but when i try to go to vehicle assembly building etc, game crashes .and when i go to mission control building game doesn't crash but the kerbal at the top left isn't visible.(there is no problem with the animations on the main menu)

"KSP_x64.exe" There's your problem.

As has been covered again and again and agian... KSP_x64 is NOT stable on Windows. It was bad with 0.24.2, it's essentially unplayable with 0.25.

You might be lucky, you might not. Most likely it will just crash for no apparent reason.

If you must use it, look here.

Otherwise, try the 32bit build.
