Stuck in Main Menu

Hi

Last time I played KSP, I checked the KSP Stats Tracking option in settings. Now I tried playing the game, and when it finishes loading, it asks me if I want to send the data, with a "continue" button on the bottom. Whether I press it or not, the main menu options (start game, settings, etc...) are stuck as if they're part of the background picture, they're also kinda dim. It's really frustrating because I've started the game a hundred times and it's still stuck. I think that changing the settings without starting the game could fix this, but I don't even know how to do that. I looked in the settings.cfg file, I changed the SEND_PROGRESS_DATA to False but nothing happened. Maybe there's something I've missed, I don't know. Please help.

PS: This happens with or without mods.

As a random thought, edit your settings.cfg and change the texture quality line to TEXTURE_QUALITY = 1 and start KSP.

Other than that, please see the bug report sticky to provide some log files.
