Start Menu is Stuck (Bug Report)

I'm not so sure this is a bug, but I'm doing a bug report in case it helps.

KSP Version: v0.25.0.642 Windows 64-bit

What Happens: Start menu options stuck and dimmed.

Mods / Add-Ons: All stock.

Steps to Replicate:

1) Start the game.

Result: KSP Stats Tracking asks if I want to send data, with the option of not sending my IP address, with a "continue" botton at the bottom. At this point, the start menu options are kind of dimmed (check image link below). When I press continue, the options remain dim and I can't do anything but force quit (alt + F4).

Fixes/Workarounds:

- When I start KSP in 64-bit mode (KSP_x64.exe), the options become available when I press continue, and I can play the game normally.

- I tried messing with the settings.cfg file, nothing worked.

This log entry

"UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program\KSP.log" is denied."

and

"UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program\settings.cfg" is denied."

leads me to believe your folder permissions are set to read-only. You'll have to deselect that (and make sure to apply it to all sub folders).

Also, I see you have several mods installed. You may want to try running KSP without the mods first, to see if the stock game is working correctly. Then add the mods back in. Also, make sure your mods are up to date.

I tried the game without the mods and it's still not working, I also deselected the "read-only" options to everything but it's still not working.

Sorry to bother you with all this, it's just kinda frustrating.

EDIT: Okay I know how to walk around this issue, I ran the game as an administrator and it worked perfectly!
