Selecting Items to View In Map Mode

Seems I've come upon a bug where you can not click the selection buttons in map mode. The tracking station works, but not the in-flight map mode. So I can't disable flags, enable debris, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Game on an unmodded install.

2. Launch any craft.

3. Press M.

4. Hover to the top of the screen and try to turn on debris, or turn off flags, or anything there.

Apparently alt-tabbing out of the game and coming back temporarily corrects the issue.

I still come across this issue as well. A shame that's it's persistent almost a year after original thread.

My work around it to pause (ESC) and then resume flight in map mode. After resuming flight (coming out of pause) you have control of the view toggles atop the screen.
