Disable SM3 Shaders

Enable Part Fallback Shaders

Restart game

I just tried this. Now I am back to 25+fps :D

It doesn't look that bad now (although I am used to uk video @ 25fps so it doesn't really matter)

The only time lag really comes out is when I blow up all of the KSC with a frag rocket but hay!
