New Mark 2 Cockpit Hatches

Seriously, the Kerbals have a hard enough time with ladders as it is without putting them through this :/

Does anyone else think they're needlessly difficult to get to?

EDIT: I'm mainly referring to the inline cockpit with the hatch on the top, other than that I love everything they've added in 0.25!

I have to do a weird thing with turning the camera and pressing W and D and the same time to get them to go from side ladder to the one built in to the fuselage. But honestly, it's less of a problem with the Mk2 Cockpits specifically and more of a ladder issue in general.

Haha yeah true, I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue if Kerbals went to ladder school, but I just feel that these hatches just exacerbate an existing issue.

The original SpacePlane+ mod had it on the side so that you could only get to it from one side, but it was a lot easier to access. Not really sure why they changed it. Since the science lab demonstrates the ability for two hatches, I can't see why they cant just have it on the side and then mirror it. Seems easy enough and it's truer to the original mod, which was pretty damn flawless IMHO.

It would certainly help if the ladder would line up with the ladders of the other units (lab, landercans, cupola, storage unit)
