Crashing in VAB

I updated my game and can't get it to work. I tried deleting Mechjeb, and that got me into the game menu where I created a new career and tried to get into the VAB. It keeps crashing before loading up. Trying to reinstall a totally fresh version now so I'll see how it goes but I'm wondering what my problem could be. This PC is 32-bit and I can't find any real information to help me out.

It will detail some of the information we need (such as log files) to be able to better help you. Right now it's random guessing, but I'm going to suspect it's a memory issue that's been popping up with 0.25.
