FIX or IMPROVE Controller mapping.

Currently it is impossible for me to play with my Microsoft force feedback 2 because the axis mapping is broken.

Yes it's an old controller but even when I use my Xbox 360 controller, I can't get exactly what I want because I can't split axis, so instead of having the trigger control the Yaw I have to use the second stick.

I'm sure it's something that you could improve relatively easily.

Right now I'm using VJOY and UJR and even if I set my VJOY controller as the default controller in windows, KSP still use the Microsoft sidewinder... which is very annoying....

Please fix this as it's one of the oldest request of your fans.
