The kerbals are at war. Rebels have risen against the government. The military calls upon KSC to help in the war. This is the story.

Difficult to request missions without having a bit more background.

What kind of government. Brutal dictatorship, benign but incompetent monarchy, sinister surveillance state, happy democracy? Is this a world government, or the government of a single country?

Likewise, what are the rebels rebelling against? Is this a popular uprising against a tyrannical regime, a splinter group looking for independence, or are the 'rebels' seen as nothing more than a bunch of terrorists by most of the population?

Finally, where do the KSC fit in. Does the government fund the KSC, or are they neutral? Is the KSC a global organisation, run by the kerbal equivalent of the UN, that the government are now running to for help?

I'm not trying to be mean, but KSC would probably run very different missions as part of a civilian supported guerrilla war against a terrorist group than they would in support of a brutal government trying to quell a mass uprising. We need some context here!

It's basically what happens in the mideast with rebels and stuff. the government is against the rebels and the UN is neutral. the rebels have massacred thousands.
