You're running out of memory:

DynamicHeapAllocator out of memory - Could not get memory for large allocationCould not allocate memory: System out of memory!

Install Active Texture Management, use the -force-opengl option, or remove texture-heavy mods like EVE (which hasn't been updated for KSP 0.25 anyway).

In the future, please provide a complete mod list including versions. Plugins (DLLs) add code to the game, so knowing which ones you have is often more important for tracking down problems.
