Cannot Launch From VAB or SPH

Whenever I hit the green button the VAB or SPH (or the exit button), nothing happens. I can build ships in the VAB and launch stocks ships directly from the launch pad, but I can't exit the VAB or launch ships directly.

Is this a known issue? Any simple fixes?

EDIT- The issue seems to have been with one of diazo's mods. Resolved.

Ah, sorry about that. I was moreso wondering if it was a known issue. Let me grab the right information.

Actually, on second thought, I'd better troubleshoot this myself. It's probably a mod conflict...
