Duplicate parts in the VAB, SPH and science center

The title says it all, really.

Once I research the parts they become unlocked and I can place them around, but there are still duplicates. Does anybody know what could be causing this issue?

I updated the game through the patcher, but I am re-downloading the whole game now (at a hideously slow speed) to see if that solves the problem.

Should be easy to fix. It's just because the part files were renamed, so now you have multiple .cfg files in your install.
