toggaleable wing lift/folding wings?

is there any way we can have wing parts where there is a right click option to fold up the wing (or open holes in it) which, from a gameplay standpoint, would turn off the code that makes it a wing or sets the lift rating to 0. this kinda thing would be useful for launching planes on rockets both on top (so you don't have to put massive fins on the bottom) and radially (if i want to be able to send ie. a rover and a plane radially attached to one rocket).

i don't really know how to do unity or ksp modding so does anyone want to try and make this?

Have a look at this wing it's small but might give some help and hope this is the right link https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/72893034/AeroProbe.zip it was a probe made by JDP which started the mod RT, I have made it to work in .25 but some of it don't work like he had it as it's 1 wind and was to mirror to the rightside and look right and he as said all his work was open.

i swapped out the module Controlsurface in the cfg for a module winglet and it seems to be working perfectly now, i even managed to land a plane with survivors. i'm gonna learn how to model/animate. thanks!

If you know how to look in plugins maybe you could see how he did the mirror on the wings so they look right, It works right with the plugin still but even the save craft file comes out wrong with out it.

EDIT- That little thing was great and the engine oon the wing had Gimbal you could see little parts move but again with out the plugin you loose it and, I didn't know how to get it back and would love to see the CFG you have for it now.

EDIT- It was set to use a made up Gas so you could fly in space but, I change that.

oh i just change the bit at the top "module =ctrlsfrs" (or something) to "module = Winglet", and wrote "now without infinispin, hopefully" in the part description.
