0.25 lost visual tracking ability?

I ran my first orbital rendezvous since the .25 update last night on my stock 32 bit Windows install.

I was unable to click on the target in external view to get the pink diamond and range info within 20 KM and had to shoot the approach pretty much blind.

I don't know if this is a unique situation or if there's any workaround for it.

Try hitting F4 (Toggle Ship Labels). It's easy to accidentally hit that one while quicksaving.

Also note that the state of the F4 (Off or On) is stored in the settings. So if you accidentally turn it off it may not come back on ever again until you press the button.
