Hold Space to turn off/on surface attach

this is a really simple thing to do, use space bar as a hotkey that, when held down, would turn off or on surface attach for a part.

it work like turning off the surface attach for, for example, docking ports and turning on surface attach for, for example, the SP+ crew tank...

the reset orientation function could be moved or kept in place if necessary

its already in place, while not the spacebar directly its the modifier key, for windows its Alt.

It's a new feature for 0.25. Press Alt while holding a part to disable surface attachment. For duplication, hold alt while clicking on a part.
