What mods?

So, I know very little when it comes to orbital mechanics, but I know I can get into orbit and out into orbit of the sun. now I just need more parts, and some helpful stuff(like mechjeb, kerbal alarm clock,etc...) so I can watch, learn, do, without instantly dying.

I assume you have done the in game tutorials and you know how to at least get to the Mün.

You can get out of Kerbins Sphere of Influence (SOI) with stock parts very easily. You just need to know how to stage properly, use separators. A good thumb rule is: "Big rockets on the bottom, small ones on the top".

A little more advanced advice would be to use Mün's gravity as a slingshot. (pictured below)

Once you have achieved orbit around Kerbin, you keep burning the rockets. Evetually your orbit reaches Minmus' orbit. Don't stop. Keep going. Eventually your orbit should look like this, but the blue part ends outside Minmus orbit and there's little orange at the end. Then just wait a bit.

Congratulations! You've made it in interplanetary space. Prepare to get bored. :)

Next stop, another planet

I know how to get out of the soi of kerbin. also sometimes be in a course "outside" of the sun's soi.

I just want mods that might help make planes, also that cause me not to forget to go into my burns(and how to)

and by the way, This is in add-on affairs

The most important two mods (IMHO) are Kerbal Alarm Clock and Kerbal Engineer for enhancing the stock game. But you already (seem to) know of those. You'll have to be a bit more precise with your question so people can give a better answer and recommendation for mods to use.

There's also tons of tutorials which could be useful.

Alternatively, how about watching some of the great YouTube videos? There's people who video extended play sessions and you can learn absolutely heaps just by watching how they do things. I think I learned most from Scott Manley's excellent

series, although that's hardly stock! Still, it covers everything and starts from square one.

I play with a medium-sized list of mostly non-parts mods:

Most of all: Have fun!

I'd look up various online guides to orbital maneuvers, planetary transfers, etc, and additionally watch how MechJeb does things like plan a planetary transfer. Other than that, the stock solar system is pretty easy to navigate: all you need to do is a bit of proper staging. Live by the rocket equation (delta-V = Isp * Gm * ln(mw/md)), use MechJeb or Kerbal Engineer to calculate how much delta-V your rocket has, look up the Kerbol system delta-V map on the wiki, etc.

What might work just to get you started is to build a small, simple rocket with a MechJeb AR202 case (plus batteries, plus solar panels, plus parachutes, plus lander legs, etc), and then light up the debug menu (alt-F12 on Windows, right shift-F12 on Linux, something else on OS X), click infinite fuel, and, as mentioned before, try to figure out how MechJeb does ascents and plans maneuvers.

Your English is just so beautiful.

So you want to get to interstellar space (In a game with just one star!)? Fly aeroplanes in space (with no atmosphere!)? Or just build cool concept planes

To got to interstellar space, it is pretty mandatory to take advantage of gravital slingshots.

To build planes, take a look at B9 aerospace.

the reason I said that is because I know how to get to interplanetary space, but this is a mod forum:P
