I can´t get new contracts

I can`t get new contracts. I get the initial ones; launch a vessel, go to mun and minnus, even go to Duna, Ike... but it doesnt give me contracts about test parts, etc.

I'm in career mode, ksp v0.25. I installed the mods; KwRocketry, EngineerRedux, AlarmClock, FASA (only launch towers), docking port alignment and ScanSat.

Does anybody have the same issue? How can I fix it?

I've had this problem when I didn't buy all the parts that were available to buy in the tech tree. Once I bought all the new parts this problem went away.
