Kerbal Courage Use/ Intern Abuse

list of ideas dealing with Kerbal Courage:

Kerbal Pilots will refuse mission vehicles of different tiers (space planes, rockets, other mod types) based on their courage. The require training to improve their courage.

Kerbals lose some Courage when fellow pilots die in missions.

Some interns, being eager to please, will be willing and offer to go on dangerous missions (because those pilots are too chicken to try out the 5 stage rocket that hasn't had a single successful test launch yet....YET!)

extension of these ideas (figure there more complicated); saved designs have their own intimidation levels based on parts used, failed/successfull launchs, etc.
