Hi Everyone, just thought I'd post my answer to all your LKO debris problems! (If curse get's its act together)

Presenting: The Golden Retriever

An able spacecraft capable of grabbing, redirecting and deorbiting bits of countless debris that cloud LKO - I even found some decoupled stages with tonnes of fuel still left in them, one had all of its fuel. So its capable of orbital fuel piracy as well.
