Is Installing Mods to the Steam Version Easy?

Either way, can somebody post a small tutorial on how to install them? (Steam Version) (I'm somewhere and using a different computer, so I don't have access to KSP)

Yes, it is easy. All that Steam does is download a perfectly normal KSP game... you can even, if you like, take that game folder, cut it out of the Steam library, paste it somewhere else on your computer, run ksp.exe and it will work perfectly fine.

Steam is really just a method of selling and a glorified download manager for KSP.

Yes, but does anyone have a small tutorial on how to put MODS into the steam version? (Such as which folder do I drag it to, what destination it is, etc etc.)

Hyper easy. Nothing different.

go to "<steamFolder>/SteamApps/KerbalSpaceProgram" and there you will be in the root of the KSP install, most mods are installed by dragging stuff in the GameData folder
