Tech introduced in 0.25 not showing up.

I'm running 0.25 in what was a Career Mode in 0.23 and is now a "Science" mode where I had unlocked all the tech. I was seeing a thread talking about the shock cone, in hypersonic flight and the structural intake, under high altitude flight. I don't have either of these in my tech tree (either owned or not owned)?

Are you sure they were talking about stock parts? I can't actually recall any shock cones being added in 0.25.

They don't appear in sandbox mode saves (new or preexisting) either.
