Hover Engines

IS there a possibility of adding Hover Engines to KSP, or is there a mod for that? I really want to replicate the HT-95 from bf4 ( http://battlefield.wikia.com/wiki/HT-95_Levkov ). What it has to do is to keep the craft above ground, allow it to move without tipping it over. Thanks

I believe the B9 Aerospace pack has some VTOL engines in it.
