Stats:

part count: 254

mass - 31,401kg

TWR atomic engine - .19

DV atomic engine full fuel - 5,340

DV atomic engine minus excess jet fuel - 6,193

TWR turbojet engines - .81

This craft can do a land and return mission to Laythe with out refueling. The delta v constraints don't leave too much room for sloppy transfers though. I attempted to do my best at designing the wings to be 'kraken proof' as i find spiffy looking jet aircraft tend to fly apart in space. The craft has an excess of 600 liquid fuel so if you try this craft burn most of that up before leaving Laythe. The docking port is untested and may need a special extended connector on the refueling craft to reach it. Lastly, the craft may require the entire runway to take off on Kerbin but by the time it gets to Laythe it will be light enough to have no issues getting off the ground.
