I attempt to find the second "hidden" KSC, but it isn't there!

This really isn't a bug report, but just for the record:

Modded KSC 64-Bit Linux (Main mods in use: SCANSat, Firespitter)

So, I decided to find the second KSC after setting up a multi-satellite array in the queerest orbits.

Whatever, I went to the anomaly location, which I had a *rough* idea of before SCANSat---only to find nothing.

I did it correctly, at least?

What gives?

The plane I used was a solar/electronic plane with Firespitter electric propellers, mainly because I was far too lazy to use my long range, already built, probably circumnavigational craft. (And also because the electric engine HAS REVERSE! (Helps on steep landings)
