Needed: Perl programmer for Mod Update Notification Project

Hi all. Paused work momentarily on the Modification Catalog to throw this out to the collective wolves then run back to what I was doing.

One of the reasons I started work on the Modification Catalog is because two guys (Won't name any names but you know who you are ) said they had some ideas on how to at least identify when the first post of a mod (where major updates are most likely to be made) have been changed. Well, I have not heard back from them. So here is what I found:

http://baruch.ev-en.org/proj/websec/

It is a very old perl program BUT IT WORKS. One caveat: it picks up the time at the bottom of the forum as a change. So every time you run it it will say the page changed and highlight the time. I tried to ignore the time in the settings however I was unsuccessful.

But I am sure you programming folks can figure it out, right

Well I am off to fix some database scripts....
