Can't leave R&D and can't enter other buildings

Ok for some reason i can't leave the R&D and i can't enter the other buildings....

i know what mod is causing this too, its texture replacer which does not seem to want to agree with me on this issue which is only resolved whenever i delete it from Gamedata...

will show screenshots, give me some time

will list other mods although this will undoubtedly take a while

will list log when i find it after loading up the game with texture replacer again

and yes i am loading the LATEST VERSION of texture replacer

oh wait also i can go into mission control but still have the same problem as with R&D

This happens if you remove an agency you finished a contract for. You probably installed some mod (many of them include agency definitions) and then removed it. That's why I always delete Flags, Agencies and Strategis subfolders of all mods.
