Old (pre-0.25) / B9 style mk2 to new (0.25+) style mk2 adapter

Firstly I'd like to say I'm sorry if the title is confusing.

Now, on to the matter of this post. As you probably all know the mk2 style fuselage was redone in 0.25. The new mk2 is vertically symetrical and has it's attach nodes placed higher up than before. I personally am completely in favor of this design, I think it is brilliant. However, this does cause some problems, such as connections between B9 style mk2 parts (or anything older that uses the old mk2 size) and new 0.25 mk2 parts.

These problems can be pretty ugly.

So, back to why this thread exists. I NEED to know if anyone knows of, or can create and adapter between the two different mk2 fuselages.
