new folders

I would like to suggest adding the following folders to the Gamedata directory tree:

"Docs" - a place for modders to put any documentation files that may be associated with their mods.

"Common" or "Common Plugins" - a place to put one-off/single shared plugins such as the modulemanager plugin and the firespitter plugin that do not actually require their own folder.

This suggestion is only meant to help keep the clutter down in gamedata so its all folders. If those folders, exist, I would hope that modders would use them as intended to make life a bit easier for the rest of us.
