Kethane bug(?) help requested

So i've been trying to work Kethane Mod's magic; but i've run into an annoying problem.

None of the Scanners, or even the ExtraPlanetary Launchpad mod's scanners allow me to right click them in order to activate the scanners.

I've tried rebooting, relaunching the game, and launching several satellites.

Anyone got a fix or any tips?

I'm at the end of my rope after a day of troubleshooting

You should probably ask in the mod thread, which is where people who know the mod read and where people post their bug reports. This is more of a support question than a gameplay one.

Is this the 64 bit version of the game? I'm currently running the 32 bit version, but last time I tried 64 bit version, right clicking in general was very flakey.
