Dres Altitude Maps

I need a SWAT team ready to mobilize, detailed altitude maps of Dres, a pot of coffee, twelve Jammy Dodgers and a fez!

(but seriously I need the detailed altitude maps.)

Has anyone used a mod to create this, or can you direct me to a detailed altitude map of Dres, specifically the deep canyon.

I use that all the time, I do wish it had about 25x better resolution though. 1° slope on 1 pixel, and 18° one pixel over. Yipes!

Yeah, even fully zoomed in it may not be enough detail for the OP.

I think I know why you want Dres altitude maps.

Why don't you just scout out the area that you want to do your... secret stuff... near? I'm pretty sure that you can get from one side to the other with an EVA pack, so you can get a good look at both your starting and ending points. I think there may not be any easier way of doing it.

Why don't you just scout out the area that you want to do your... secret stuff... near? I'm pretty sure that you can get from one side to the other with an EVA pack, so you can get a good look at both your starting and ending points. I think there may not be any easier way of doing it.

I think you're very astute Upsilon! I'm there physically scouting it out, but the lack of atmosphere changes things immensely. There's a lot of ground to cover though and as far as I can see, there aren't any particularly good spots.

Why not use ScanSat and get the high detailed data yourself in a cool mission?
