RCS thruster problem

Idk what is going on but whenever I enable rcs for my rover it is constantly working like when sas is turned on and it is always correcting but I dont even have sas and it always push... I am controlling from command seat.

Have you tried turning the RCS off?

If the SAS is off and the RCS is on, it will run when you provide input to the craft. Regardless if it's a rover, rocket, or plane.

when I turn off rcs then is off but when I turn it on rcs starts to make fast thrust impulses even if I dont touch anything, it only stops when I push reverse command to push in other direction. Frustrating bug, didn't had it in older versions of ksp. I am using it on a rover.

Try clearing the trim: Alt+X.
