Final Frontier not giving ribbons

I haven't had this work since .24.

I had this in earlier versions.

When I recover a vessel and back to space center. The frontier window shows up. Stating No new ribbons. Or something like that.

There's no info when going through my kerbals in pilot center.

I am using Final Frontier, and I previously had this issue too. I don't know what caused it, but it looks like it happened becuase I had placed the "Nereid" folder directly in the main KSP folder, not in GameData. However, the problem stopped when I placed the mod into the GameData folder, so it looked like KSP/GameData/Nereid/FinalFrontier.

It worked. I wonder how many others haven't been working because of things like this.
