I second that. I thought making an IVA was beyond me... until I took the time to watch those video tutorials on it. I've really enjoyed playing with it, and now have even started making my own props!

If you give it a shot, you might find it really rewarding- and feel free to shout with any questions you've got once you get into it.

All that said, if you watch the videos and it still seems like something you don't want to do - you'll have much better luck finding someone to work with you on the IVA once you've finished texturing and importing your capsule into the game. An IVA isn't required for initial release, and people are more likely to give you a few days of their time if they're certain the product will make it all the way there.
