Is there a mod that makes SAS and Gyros more realistic?

Is there a mod that makes SAS and the gryos more realistic as in weaker, even torque saturation, such that you have to use RCS more?

A mod that makes it weaker is the Realism Overhaul, but that comes with lots of other changes which you may not want. Also, I don't know of anything that would add torque saturation.

Pretty sure that the reaction wheel nerf is part of the RO core, not one of the auxiliary mods.

You can write a cfg if you have ModuleManager.2.5.1 installed to nerf them.
