2 sets of stock command pods issue

I recently installed Real Solar system and alot of other mods (new installation from scratch). It all seemed fine until i got into my construction building. i now have 2 stock command modules. When i click on either one the game freeze up and i cant go out or in of the game. Its all right if i click and use another available but modded command module. The same thing happens when i unlocked the mk1 (stock) and tried to use that one.

What kind of mod can provoke this error?

i use KSP.025 64bit.

Installed mods are: AIES Aerospace, Chatterer, CustomBiomes, Environmental Visual Enhancements, FAR, Kethane,KW Rocketry, MechJeb2, Procedural Fairings, Procedural Parts, RealSolarSystem, RemoteTech2, TweakScale, joint reinforcement, infernal robotics, launch countdown, textures for planets.
