I lust got NEAR and have made a few NEAR planes.

Will they work for people who ues them with squad's sloppydynamics?

Some possibly will. Others probably don't.

Best way to find out is to make a separate install of KSP without NEAR and find out.

But in most cases if it works in FAR or NEAR it will work in the Soupo'sphere.
