How to make a successful company in KSP: make good vehicles, make them available to download for people who can't make their own.

Apart from that there are no 'companies' in KSP.

welcome! you've caught the Rocket Builder's bug fast, I see.

My tips, from running Zokesia for over two years, is this:

-Make sure you keep doing things. Companies that do nothing aren't popular.

-Make craft that people want to download - anyone can make a rover or simple plane or rocket. You as a Rocket Builder want to impress and awe everyone into saying "WOW! I need to try something like that". It's origionality and quality that make the ship.

I think this is sound advice, if you don't know me, I still hold the record for largest RB company on the forums (Zokesia Skunkworks- 0ver 500,000 views).
