Rover sticking into ground and not moving

Hello my name is TheAnimePug (also has youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4nI9BXuE_DiX6gJRaWOVSA ) and everytime i build a rover and launch it the thing just drops to the ground with the wheels in the ground not moving, the wheels are moving but the rover isn't is there any way to not have this issue?

Check to make sure you have the wheels rotated correctly. That's what usually causes this problem.

yes, I had exact problem. Wheels have a down side and if it's not down the rover sinks into ground and won't move.

tnx all of you i noticed that if you put thet thicker side of he wheels up it does works TY for all the helps
