Infernal Robotics Parts Detach Themselves Upon Loading

So I created a rover using some hinges, rotortrons and a sliding rail. Upon loading a quick save while on the Mun, my wheels are separating from the rotortron. uio8gpf.png

I couldn't find a thread or one of the pages in the forums for the mod, So if anyone knows why this happens or how to fix it, some advice on it that would be greatly appreciated!!!!

IR has a heap of well known bugs, browse through their thread and you will become familiar with a few of them.

off the top of my head, it could be due to moving the parts after you have placed them in the VAB, i know that was one that caused me pain in the past.

as much as i love the possibilities that IR provides, it's stuff like this that makes me hesitant in using their parts unless there is absolutely no way around it..

Hello. I have the very same problem and I was searching the internet for a solution or, at least, to check out if someone else had stumble on it.

The only thing I was able to figure out is: every time you load a save where the IR parts are moved from their "zero" position you end up with that strange behavior.

Again the only solution to it is: before saving move all IR parts to their original state. After loading move again parts however you intend to.

If you find a smarter solution PLEASE add a notice on this thread.

Thanks
