Hello all. Just been transferred to KSC. The C.O. said in the posting notes that "KSP is the ideal place for this officer to develop his natural talents."

Not sure what he means but I shall miss looking at all those craters I made in the outback at Woomera...

... Meanwhile, in the real world, I have finally joined the forum after lurking for too long in order to say a big Thank You to the modders (and Squad!) who make this game such fun.

Like maceeemiller ( http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/101663-Where-has-this-been-all-my-life! ), I'm an old fogey who has been messing around with computers since ZX81 days but not come across anything as hilarious as KSP before.

Hope I can add a few chuckles along the way...

I wrote some lousy programs for the ZX81 and tried to write a flight sim for the BBC B in BASIC, which proves that I was a) optimistic or very stupid.

I'm still optimistic...

Greatest achievement in KSP so far was taking my trusty lightweight Land Rover to the highest peak of Airstrip Isle. The car ferry journey was hair raising enough!
