Did any SP+ parts not get implemented with .25?

Did any SP+ parts not get implemented with .25? I did not use it until .25 (duh), and I am just curious.

I think they may have mist out the mkII inline monopropellant tanks. I remember seeing them on the pictures but it wasn't released. Maybe in 0.90?

To be completely accurate, NO SP+ parts were implemented in 0.25, nor are planned to be.

The Mk2 parts are variants of the SP+ parts and are not completely compatible, as several SP+ fans found when they tried to fit the parts together.

That said, there are a few things missing from the Mk2 range; decouplers, SAS and batteries in that wierd shape, for instance.

It's nothing major - the Mk2 parts don't have the black 'heatshield tiles' underside that SP+ does, IIRC. I also think the Mk2 ones are more symmetrical but, as I never used SP+ I'm not sure.

The inline monoprop tank wasn't a part of SP+. I think it was added because the stock docking port lost its MP capacity (and doors that aligned with the cargo bay doors) when being converted from SP+. There were a couple of wing parts that were added, too.

Pretty sure there's a Mk2 monopropellant tank. If I remember rightly it has yellow stripes marking it.

And yeah as mentioned the big thing is that the parts were made symmetric, both in the texture (no heatshield undersides any more) and in the node placement. This means you can flip parts over, most often the cargo bays (to make "bomb bays"), and they'll still fit.

All released SP+ were included in stock (albeit with some modifications). There are however a few parts that Porkjet was working on that were never released. Maybe after he finishes the Mk3 parts, Squad might want him to finish these parts.

Porkjet was working on a big Mk2 intake too, IIRC.

Oooh, I like that multi-engine adapter. Will most obviously take one jet and a pair of 48-7S's (other .625 m engines are available).

Theres some inline batteries, seperator and decouplers on curse. Think these are fan created though rather than porkjet or squads

The stock Mk2 inline docking port has 75 monoprop inside it, though I wasn't aware that its original SP+ version had doors that lined up with the cargo bays. A shame the stock docking port and cargo bay doors don't line up.

Right you are, it does still have MP capacity, just half what it was. Thanks for the correction.
