Purchase Problem

Hi,

I 'm new to this game. I had this game yesterday bought through kerbalspaceprogram.com with paysafe . They said there will be sending an email to my email address,

but I've still got nothing. I want this game so badly play . I 've played the demo and watched many trailers. I want it so does anyone know a solution for this? I live in Belgium maybe that is why it takes so long?

Check your spam folder to see if the confirmation email got sent there, might have been a false positive for your spam filter.

If you absolutely cannot find the confirmation email, see if you can get some form of proof-of-purchase out of paysafe (you may have to email them, I'm not sure). As long as you have that, you can send an email to [email protected] to get things fixed up.

i have the game now but many crashes not a problem ill just wait till beta. in that version will be a whole less bugs

The game (unmodded) should hardly crash at all if ever, I'd encourage you to post to the Support forums with your problems
