What were to happen if...

I honestly haven't played much since .24 but was just getting ramped up to get into it again. My game playing is cyclical, I'll play exclusively for a few weeks, than go onto the next game which I play for a few weeks...until I work my way back around to the beginning. So...with the new ability to kerplode the Space Center, I was wondering what would happen if a stray asteroid managed to impact dead center? Unlikely to happen I know...unless....you know...someone was to intervene for some reason...

It would destroy the building it hit. Possibly others if the asteroid survives the impact and hits other buildings. No big crater or anything, though.

I asked a similar question not too long ago. Unless you had the asteroid attached to an active craft, or else u were flying an active craft within 2.5km of it, the asteroid would disappear before it hit the ground, just like any other debris.

I know... lame.
