For 0.90+: Mission Control instructions

Since SAS will be reduced in ability and Kerbalnauts will be relative "noobs" until much later, perhaps as a way to help new players, mission control can periodically send up instructions as part of the beginning career flights. i.e. rather than letting the player figure out that they have to burn parallel to the horizon and not just "up" as many new players are likely to do, have messages pop up on screen like

"You are almost out of fuel, press space to stage!"

or

"Altitude 40km, if you want to make orbit you should start turning towards the horizon"

This way even without the displays and indicators, new players will still have some guidance.
