World doesn't load when launching from SPH w/ B9 parts

KSP: 0.25 Windows 32-bit

Problem: World doesn't load when launching from SPH, can't move camera, only option is to revert to hanger or quit.

Mods installed:

Reproduction steps: Use any B9 part (in the SPH, VAB is fine), launch it, the world seems to be missing but the atmosphere is showing (looks like a giant sphere from inside). I'm able to launch non-B9 spaceplanes just fine. B9 Vehicles can still be launched from the VAB. When I go back to the hanger after the error, the entire vehicle is missing except the cockpit. Snapping sounds also revert to default volume (I usually keep it at 5% volume so the change back to default is very noticeable). Restarting the game doesn't help.

I'm having this same problem in .90 (edit) reread, I cant even launch from the SPH.. so different problem.(end edit).. The mods we have in common are:

Texture Replacer

Ferram Aerospace Research

Kerbal Attachment System

Station Science

Infernal Robotics

Module Manager

Im guessing it's one of these.

Same here. I have Station Science and Module Manager. Took out Station Science and still have the issue.
