Confusion with Jool's atmosphere?

I didn't find anything about this here, so i'll just post this.

So, I was messing around in the tracking station the other day, and when I happened to go to Jool and looked at it's stats, it said it's atmosphere started at 200,000 m, but most of us know it actually starts somewhere around 138,000 m. I've even double checked it on the wiki and in game too. I'm probably not the only one to notice this also, considering how long Jool's been in the game. So, has this little, um, "bug," been put there purposely or just hasn't been noticed enough to be fixed?

There are several other knowledge base entries that are not quite right. If I recall correctly, it reports Eve's atmosphere as 100,000 metres and Kerbin's as 70,000, neither of which are true.

I don't know whether this imprecision is intended, though.

That's true, but the entries for the other planets seem to be fairly rounded, with only a couple thousand meters apart at most. But Jool's is 62,000 meters off, way more significant than the others.
